To answer the question.
The numbers are the dates on the mayan calendar. 13.0.0.0.0 is the beginning of the mayan calendar. the 12. 19.19.17.19 is the end of the mayan calendar and it will begin again at 13.0.0.0.0. Disputed is the date but around 12-20-2012 is the approximate date on our calendar.

So, if the Mayan calender is (seemes to be) a big part of the foundation of this blog, I do hope you will delve deeper with some history and background. studied it long ago, but like most things from my past, I have let/chosen to let it slip away.
